Top Rentals manages a large portfolio of short-term rental properties across multiple buildings and locations in Buenos Aires. As booking volume increased, the team needed a more reliable way to manage and execute reservation payments efficiently across their operations.
Reservation payments were handled through manual processes between reception teams and the accounting department. Each booking required coordination between multiple people, creating delays, operational friction, and a higher risk of human error.
We developed a custom platform that automates the payment workflow for rental reservations. Receptionists register booking requests directly in the system, and the accounting team can trigger payment execution with a single action. The platform automatically generates a payment agent that accesses the back-office environment and completes the transaction — streamlining financial operations and reducing manual work.
